ORDINANCE NO. 91-2-4724
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF PADUCAH TO
REIMBURSE SANITATION DISTRICT NO. 2 OF McCRACKEN COUNTY THE
SUM OF $27,990.74 FOR MASTER METER RELOCATION
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah entered into a Sewer
Service Agreement with Sanitation District No. 2 of
McCracken County, Kentucky, on December 12, 1986; and
WHEREAS, Addendum No. 1 to this Agreement was
approved by Ordinance No. 87-5-3002 on May 12, 1987; and
WHEREAS, Addendum No. 2 to this Agreement was
approved by Ordinance No. 87-7-3058 on August 31, 1987; and
WHEREAS, Addendum No. 3 to this Agreement was
approved by Ordinance No. 89-12-4353 on December '26, 1989;
and
WHEREAS, Addendum No. 4 to this Agreement was
approved by Ordinance No. 90-2-4378 on February 27, 1990;
and
WHEREAS, a Letter of Agreement was approved by
Ordinance No. 90-11-4530 on November 15, 1990.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City Treasurer is hereby
authorized to reimburse Sanitation District No. 2 of
McCracken County the sum of $27,990.74 for master meter
relocation, pursuant to the terms contained in Sewer Service
Agreement Addendum No. 4 between the City of Paducah and
Sanitation District No. 2 of McCracken, Kentucky, executed
on the 27th day of February, 1990.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 55-33-05-415.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
