ORDINANCE NO. 92-1-4723
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF PECK FLANNERY
GREAM WARREN INC. TO PROVIDE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR
IMPROVEMENTS TO THE JULIAN CARROLL CONVENTION CENTER, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the proposal
of Peck Flannery Gream Warren Inc. to provide architectural
services for improvements at the Julian Carroll Convention
Center. This proposal is attached hereto and incorporated by
reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
a contract with Peck Flannery Gream Warren Inc. for
architectural services for improvements to the Julian Carroll
Convention Center as contained in Section 1 above. This
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
