HomeMy WebLinkAbout92-1-4719415 ORDINANCE NO. 92-1-4719 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING CHANGE ORDERS NO. 1 AND 2 IN THE AMOUNTS OF $2,624.36 AND $1,443.17 RESPECTIVELY, WITH MIDSTATES CONSTRUCTION INC. FOR RENOVATIONS TO FINANCE AND PERSONNEL OFFICES IN CITY HALL WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract in the amount of $30,199.00 with Midstates Construction Company for renovation of Finance and Personnel Offices in City Hall; and WHEREAS, Change Orders No. 1 and 2 in the amounts of $2,624.36 and $1,443.17 respectively, are required for miscellaneous additions which will increase the contract amount. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. Change Orders No. 1 and 2 in the amounts of $2,624.36 and $1,443.17 respectively, with Midstates Construction Inc. for miscellaneous additions to City Hall renovations, are hereby approved as executed. These Change Orders are attached hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein. SECTION 2. The amount of the contract with Midstates Construction Inc. is amended to $34,267.07. SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 01-88-27-299. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424. GERRY B.
