ORDINANCE NO. 92-1-4710
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 7-7 OF CHAPTER 7,
BUILDINGS AND BUILDING REGULATIONS, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. Section 7-7, State Safety Standards
Adopted, of Chapter.7, Buildings and Building Regulations, is
Jhereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
