AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT WITH CITIZENS BANK AND TRUST COMPANY
FOR REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 708 SOUTH 12TH STREET
BE ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
a Subordination Agreement with Citizens Bank and Trust Company
for real property located at 708 South 12th Street. This
Subordination Agreement is attached hereto and incorporated by
reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. In order to finalize pending documents
with Citizens Bank and Trust Company, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist.and this ordinance will become effective
immediately with one reading.
SECTION 3. This ordinance will be published pursuant
to KRS Chapter 424.
