ORDINANCE NO. 92-5-4773
AN ORDINANCE ABOLISHING AND RECREATING SECTION 70 OF
APPENDIX A -ZONING, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH:
SECTION 1. Sec. 70, Enforcement and Administration,is
hereby recreated to read as follows: 1
"Sec. 70. Enforcement and Administration. y
All other provisions of this Zoning Ordinance, and
provisions of the City of Paducah Ordinances notwithstanding, as
of the effective date of this section, the City Manager shall
have sole discretion for appointing personnel for the enforcement
and administration of this Zoning Ordinance. This section shall
have control over all other present ordinance provisions
pertaining to enforcement and administration for the Zoning
Ordinance."
SECTION 2. If any section, paragraph or provision of
this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or
invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such
section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other
section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and
intent of this ordinance to make each and every section,
paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections,
paragraphs and provisions.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary publication
pursuant to KRS Chapter 424. 2�
