ORDINANCE NO. 92-5-4767
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF CHARLES A. HAMMONDS
IN THE AMOUNT OF $101.00 FOR THE PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY
OWNED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH LOCATED AT 721 CLAY STREET
WHEREAS, the City does not have any use at this time
or in the.future for said property, which constitutes surplus
real estate.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The sale to Charles A. Hammonds of real
property located at 721 Clay Street is hereby approved for the
sum of $101.00.
✓ SECTION 2. The Corporation Counsel is hereby
authorized to prepare a deed for the above-described real
property, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a deed
and any other documents necessary for the sale of said
property.
SECTION 3. This ordinance will be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 24.
