ORDINANCE NO. 92-9-483$
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF HANNIN ROOFING &
SHEET METAL COMPANY INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $15,260.00 FOR
RE -ROOFING FLOODWALL PUMP PLANTS NO. 1, 3, 6, 9 AND 11, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accepts the bid
of Hannin Roofing & Sheet Metal Company Inc. in the amount of
$15,260.00 for re -roofing floodwall pump plants no. 1, 3, 6, 9
and 11; said bid being in substantial compliance with the bid
specifications, and as contained in the bid of Hannin Roofing &
Sheet Metal Company of September 10, 1992.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
a contract with Hannin Roofing & Sheet Metal Company Inc. for
re -roofing floodwall pump plants, according to the specifica-
tions, bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore
approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 01-33-08-415.
SECTION 4. In order to complete this project before
the onset of inclement weather, an emergency is hereby declared
to exist and this ordinance will become effective immediately
with one reading.
