ORDINANCE NO. 92-9-4831
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 IN THE AMOUNT OF $24,502.80
WITH FLORENCE & HUTCHESON INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING
SERVICES FOR THE DESIGN OF THE CARRIAGE CORNER AND WATER
LINE AND ATTACHMENTS FOR THE DOWNTOWN RIVERFRONT
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract with
Florence & Hutcheson Inc. for professional engineering
services for the Downtown Riverfront Redevelopment Project;
and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 in the amount of
$24,502.80 is required for additional professional
engineering services.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into Change Order No. 1 in the amount of
$24,502.80 with Florence & Hutcheson Inc. for additional
engineering services for the design of the carriage corner
and water line and attachments for the Downtown Riverfront
Redevelopment Project. This Change Order is attached hereto
and incorporated herein as if set out in full.
SECTION 2. The amount of the contract with
Asphalt Paving, Inc. is amended to $141,323.80.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
