AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO
AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, AND GREENO AND SHANE FOR AN ENCROACHMENT UPON
CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY
WHEREAS, Greeno and Shane are the owners of
certain real property known as Wellington Woods
Subdivision, located in Paducah, McCracken County,
Kentucky; and
WHEREAS, Greeno and Shane have requested from
the City of Paducah permission to use a portion of City
right-of-way for construction of entry columns and a wall
at the entrance of the Wellington Woods Subdivison, which
encroachment is insignificant in nature.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
SECTION 1. The Mayor is authorized to enter into
an Encroachment Agreement with Greeno and Shane for con-
struction of entry columns and a wall at the entrance of
the Wellington Woods Subdivision, on City right-of-way,
which encroachment shall be pursuant to the terms and
conditions contained in said Encroachment Agreement.
SECTION 2. Said Encroachment Agreement is
attached hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully
set out herein.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
