AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR PROTEM TO EXECUTE
A LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,267,612.00,
ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF CITIZENS BANK AND TRUST COMPANY TO
FINANCE THE 800 MHz COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the proposal
of Citizens Bank and Trust Company in the amount of
$1,267,612.00 to finance the 800 MHz communications system and
hereby authorizes the Mayor Protem to execute a Letter of
Acceptance in this amount. A copy of this letter is attached
hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully set out
herein.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
