AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF BUFORD HEATING AND 1
AIR CONDITIONING INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $19,342.00 FOR N
RE -ROOFING AND AIR CONDITIONER PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION AT
CITY HALL ANNEX, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the bid of
Buford Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. for re -roofing and
purchase of air conditioner and installation, said bid being in
substantial compliance with the bid specifications and
advertisement for bids, and as contained in the bid of Buford
Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. of November 17, 1992.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
a contract with Buford Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. for
roofing and air conditioning as contained in Section 1 above,
according to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract
documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 40-18-01-430.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
