AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $35,000.00 WITH
KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY
FOR A PUBLIC ASSEMBLY FACILITY TO BE LOCATED IN THE CITY OF
PADUCAH
WHEREAS, the the,Department of Local Government will
transfer the sum of $35,000.00 to the City of Paducah for a
feasibility study for a public assembly facility to be located
within the City of Paducah.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
a Memorandum of Agreement in the amount of $35,000.00 with the
Kentucky Department of Local Government for a feasibility study
for a public assembly facility to be located in the City of
Paducah. This Memorandum of Agreement is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
