AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF J. PATRICK
KERR TO PROVIDE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH
FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SENIOR CITIZENS CENTER FOR AN AMOUNT
NOT TO EXCEED $37,200.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the proposal
of J. Patrick Kerr to provide architectural services for the
development of a Senior Citizens Center for an amount not to
exceed $37,200.00, to be administered by the City of Paducah
through a grant from the Commonwealth of Kentucky and matching
City funds.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
a contract with J. Patrick Kerr for architectural services for
the development of a Senior Citizens Center as contained in
Section 1 above. This contract is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 56-48-11-415.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
