AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO
AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, AND JOHN ELLIS, ET UX, FOR ENCROACHMENT UPON CITY
RIGHT-OF-WAY
WHEREAS, John Ellis, et ux, are the owners of
certain real property adjacent to and east of Ashcraft
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, John Ellis, et ux, have requested from
the City of Paducah permission to use a portion of City
right-of-way for the construction of a driveway to provide
them access from Yeiser Street, which encroachment is
insignificant in nature.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
enter into an Encroachment Agreement with John Ellis, et
ux, for the the construction of a driveway on City
property, which will provide access from Yeiser Street to
the Ellis property.
SECTION 2. Said Agreement is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
