AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $5,000 FROM THE GROWTH, INC.
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND ACCOUNT TO THE GROWTH, INC.
SPECIAL PROJECT FUND
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah has budgeted funds
for Growth, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah now desires to
transfer funds from the Growth, Inc. Economic Development
Fund Account to the Growth, Inc. Special Project Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah is authorizing the
transfer of funds in an amount not to exceed $5,000 from the
Growth, Inc. Economic Development Fund Account to the
Growth, Inc. Special Project Fund.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
