AN ORDINANCE APPROVING PHASE 1B OF A CONTRACT WITH
W.R. COLES AND ASSOCIATES TO PROVIDE ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING
SERVICES TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE
RIVER HERITAGE CENTER, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR SAME
WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract with W.R.
Coles and Associates on February 28, 1992, to provide
architectural/engineering services for the development of the
River Heritage Center; and
WHEREAS, the City now desires to implement the second
phase (Phase 1B) of this contract.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
a contract with W.R. Coles and Associates in the amount of
$99,726.00 for Phase 1B of a contract for architectural/ -
engineering services for the development of the River Heritage
Center. The Tennessee Valley Authority will provide the sum of
$90,000.00, and the City of Paducah is authorized to pay the
sum of $9,726.00 for Phase 1B of this project.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
