AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 10-49, 10-59, AND
10-64 CIVIL SERVICE, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 10-49 of the Code of Ordi-
nances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby amended to
read as follows:
Sec. 10-49. Department of Finance.
This department shall be under the direction and
supervision of the City Treasurer - Finance Director,
a noncivil service position which has heretofore been
created by separate ordinance.
(a) There is hereby created and authorized the
following positions in the Department of Finance, and the
salary of each position that shall be paid upon satisfactory
completion of consecutive years of service, in this position,
and upon recommendation of the City Manager:

SECTION 2. That Section 10-59 of the Code of Ordi-
nances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby amended to
read as follows:
Sec. 10-59. Parks and Leisure Services.
(a) There is hereby authorized and created the
following positions in the Parks and Recreation Department, and
the salaries of each position that shall be paid upon satisfac-
tory completion of consecutive years of service, in this
position and upon recommendation of the City Manager:
