AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
SEWER CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT WITH KPT, INC., WESTVALE, INC. FOR
SANITATION SEWER SERVICES
WHEREAS, Westvale and KPT are in the process of
developing their respective tracts of real property located off
Alben Barkley Drive; and
WHEREAS, to develop said tracts, it is necessary that
said tracts be provided.with sanitation sewage services by the
City of Paducah; and
WHEREAS, the parties have reached an agreement for
these services.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a Sewer Construction Agreement with KPT,
Inc.; Westvale, Inc. for sewer line extension, construction and
connection fees. This Agreement is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
