AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND JOHN S.
TALBERT & ASSOCIATES INC. FOR CONSULTING SERVICES FOR SOUTH
FOURTH STREET, PHASE II REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, on April 24, 1991, the parties entered into \
a contract for consulting services for the South Fourth Street V
Phase II Redevelopment Project; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire and intent of both parties
to amend said contract to include additional services.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
an Addendum to Contract with John S. Talbert & Associates Inc.
for additional consulting services for the South Fourth Street
Phase II Redevelopment Project. This Agreement is attached
hereto and incorporated by reference as if set out in its
entirety.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
