ORDINANCE NO. 90-8-4486
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO
REIMBURSE AMERICAN JUSTICE INSURANCE RECIPROCAL THE SUM OF
$3,000.00 FOR DEDUCTIBLE CLAIM OF RAIN CHESHER
WHEREAS, American Justice Insurance Reciprocal has
incurred expenses in handling the claim of Rain Chesher; and
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah has a $3,000.00
deductible insurance policy with American Justice Insurance
Reciprocal; and
WHEREAS, American Justice Insurance Reciprocal has
requested reimbursement of these expenses.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized
to reimburse American Justice Insurance Reciprocal the
amount of $3,000.00 for expenses incurred in handling the
claim of Rain Chesher.
SECTION 2. The aforesaid expenditure shall be
charged to Account No. 10-500-150-445.
SECTION 3. In order to reimburse the insurance
carrier in a timely manner, an emergency is hereby declared
to exist and this ordinance will become effective
immediately with one reading.
