ORDINANCE NO. 90-8-4482
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY
THE SUM OF $3,440.00 TO ACTON RILEY FOR TREE AND STUMP
REMOVAL IN NOBLE PARK
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City Treasurer is hereby author-
ized to pay the sum of $3,440.00 to Acton Riley for tree and
stump removal in Noble Park, due to storm and lightening
damage.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 10-500-240-526.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
