AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO �.
AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, AND JACK R. WHALEY FOR AN ENCROACHMENT UPON CITY
(rte, RIGHT-OF-WAY AT 1632 NORTH 10TH STREET
WHEREAS, Whaley is the owner of certain real
property located at 1632 North 10th Street; and
WHEREAS, Whaley has requested from the City of
Paducah permission to use a portion of City right-of-way
for existing detached garage.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
SECTION 1. The Mayor is authorized to enter into
an Encroachment Agreement with Jack R. Whaley for an
existing detached garage located within City right-of-way
at 1632 North 10th Street.
SECTION 2. Said Agreement is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
