ORDINANCE NO. 90-7-4477
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN AFFIRMATIVE ACTION PLAN
FOR EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, the present Affirmative Action Plan for
Equal Employment Opportunity for the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, is nine years old; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners desires to
adopt an updated Affirmative Action Plan for Equal
Employment Opportunity.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah adopts the
Affirmative Action Plan for Equal Employment Opportunity as
the official plan of the City of Paducah, said Plan being
received and filed with the official records on March 13,
1990.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to sign the
Affirmative Action Plan adopted in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
