ORDINANCE NO. 90-7-4476
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF JOE LINDLEY
CONTRACTING, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $270,592.00 FOR CROOKED
CREEK INTERCEPTOR PHASE III, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the
bid of Joe Lindley Contracting, Inc. in the amount of
$270,592.00 for Crooked Creek Interceptor Phase III, said
bid being in substantial compliance with the bid specifica-
tions and advertisement as authorized by a Municipal Order
passed by the Board of Commissioners on. May 22, 1990, and as
contained in the bid of Joe Lindley Contracting, Inc., dated
July 5, 1990.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to
execute a contract with Joe Lindley Contracting, Inc. for
Crooked Creek Interceptor Phase III, authorized in Section 1
above, according to the specifications, bid proposal and all
contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in
the bid.
SECTION 3. The account number for this expendi-
ture shall be determined by the City Manager or the
Department Director.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
