ORDINANCE NO. 90-7-4472
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY
THE SUM OF $7,500.00 TO ZAMBELLI BROS. FIREWORKS COMPANY,
;rte, INC. FOR FOURTH OF JULY FIREWORKS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City Treasurer is hereby author-
ized to pay the sum of $7,500.00 to Zambelli Bros. Fireworks
Company, Inc. for 4th of July fireworks.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. fO-!� 0U-
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
