ORDINANCE NO. 90-7-4471
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF POLYMERS
AT $1.60 PER POUND FROM ALLIED COLLOIDS INC., AND FOR $2.73
PER POUND FROM BETZ INDUSTRIAL, FOR USE AT THE WASTEWATER
TREATMENT PLANT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City Treasurer is hereby
authorized to pay the sum of $1.60 per pound to Allied
Colloids Inc., and for $2.73 per pound from Betz Industrial,
for the purchase of polymers for use at the wastewater
treatment plant.
SECTION 2. Account No. 16-500-410-312 shall be
charged with the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. In order to pay outstanding invoices
due prior to July 25, 1990, an emergency is hereby declared
to exist and this ordinance shall become effective with one
reading.
