HomeMy WebLinkAbout90-7-44691010 ORDINANCE NO. 90-7-4469 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF BILL KEELING EXCAVATING IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,850.00 FOR DEMOLITION OF V CONDEMNED STRUCTURES IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME -, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Bill Keeling Excavating in the amount of $4,850.00 for demolition of condemned structures in the City of Paducah, as contained in the bid of Bill Keeling Excavating of July 13, 1990. SECTION 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Bill Keeling Excavating for the demolition of condemned structures in the City of Paducah, authorized in Section 1 above, according to the specifica- tions, bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid. SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 10-500-220-274. SECTION 4. In order to pay this expense from the 1989-90 Fiscal Year Budget, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall become effective with one reading. GERRY B.
