AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-49, "CITY MANAGER
- GENERALLY", OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:

SECTION 1. That Section 2-49, "City Manager -
Generally, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be amended to read as follows:
"The annual rate of compensation for the City
Manager shall be paid at the times other city salaries are.
paid, and shall be exclusive of the compensation, if any,
paid to him as a member of the Electric Plant Board of the
City.

SECTION 2. This salary shall be retroactive to
1 June 18, 1990.
SECTION 3. In order to implement this ordinance
as soon as possible, an emergency is hereby declared to
exist and this ordinance will become effective immediately
with one reading.
