ORDINANCE NO. 90-6-4454
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND
THE PADUCAH KHOURY LEAGUE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is autjhorized to
execute a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of
Paducah and the Paducah Khoury League. This Memorandum of
Understanding is attached hereto and incorporated by
reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upoln publication in
full.
