ORDINANCE NO. 90-6-4431
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF THREE
1991 FORD CROWN VICTORIA S AUTOMOBILES FROM BILL COLLINS
FORD IN THE AMOUNT OF $37,020.00, FOR USE BY THE INSPECTION
AND FIRE DEPARTMENTS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR SAME
WHEREAS, this equipment is available under State
Contract No. 090-0739, and competitive bidding is not
required.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah is authorized
to purchase three Ford Crown Victoria S automobiles in the
amount of $37,020.00 from Bill Collins Ford, for use by the
Inspection and Fire Departments.
SECTION 2. The purchase price for said vehicles
shall be charged as follows: $24,680.00 to Inspection
Department Account No. 10-500-240-514, and $12,340.00 to
Fire Department Account No. 10-500-220-514.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
