AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY
THE SUM OF $2,580.00 TO POWER & TELEPHONE SUPPLY COMPANY,
INC. FOR HALIDE LIGHTS INSTALLED AT STUART NELSON PARK
_. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City Treasurer is hereby
authorized to pay the sum of $2,580.00 to Power & Telephone
Supply Company, Inc. for halide lights installed at Stuart
Nelson Park.
SECTION 2. Account No. 10-500-610-371 shall be
charged with the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
