ORDINANCE NO. 90-5-4426
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CLOSING OF AN ALLEY
V ADJOINING THE PROPERTY OF PEOPLES BANK BRANCH OFFICES AT
2921 BROADWAY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah does hereby
authorize the closing of an alley adjoining the property of
Peoples Bank Branch Offices at 2921 Broadway, and more
particularly described as follows:
An unnamed alley running from the west line of
property owned by Peoples Bank at its West Branch
location at 2921 Broadway, adjoining properties
owned by D.J. Lyon and Credit Bureau Systems, Inc.
SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel of the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby authorized, empowered
and directed to institute and prosecute, pursuant to KRS
82.405, an action in the McCracken Circuit Court for a
judgment ordering the closing of the alley described in
Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
