HomeMy WebLinkAbout90-5-4423868 ORDINANCE NO. 90-5-4423 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 10-52, 10-53, 10-54, 10-55, 10-56, 10-59, 10-60 AND 10-61, CIVIL SERVICE, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That Section 10-52 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained so that said section as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows: "Sec. 10-52. Street Department - Generally. The maintenance specialist so designated shall be paid an additional $1.00 per hour during such times as the maintenance specialist designated actually serves in such capacity. SECTION 9. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof. GERRY B. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning Commission on April 17, 1990, entitled,,"A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED REZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED ON BERGER ROAD", be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth. SECTION 2. That the zone classification and the map amendment proposed in said resolution be, and the same are hereby, declared to be in agreement with the comprehen- sive plan of the City of Paducah. SECTION 3. That the zone classification of the following property be, and it is hereby, changed from R-1, Low Density Residential Zone, to R-4, High Density Residen- tial Zone: Beginning at a point in the north right-of-way of Berger Road, said point being 695' more or less, east of the east right-of-way of Lone Oak Road (U.S. 45) and also being the point of intersection of said right-of-way and the east property line, if extended across Berger Road, of Lot "C" of "Subdivision - Plat of Additional Property on Berger Road at Lone Oak Road" as recorded in Plat Book "H", page 682 in the McCracken County Court Clerk's Office; thence in an easterly direction along the north right-of-way of Berger Road 100' more or less, to a point, said point being the point of intersection of said right-of-way and the dividing line of said subdivision and J. Brandon Price properties, if extended across Berger Road; thence in a southerly direction, crossing Berger Road, and along the property line of J. Brandon Price 405' more or less, to an iron pipe, corner to Rankin (Fergerson); thence in a westerly direction 189' to an iron pipe, the southeast corner of Lot "H", as shown by said plat; thence in a northerly direction 151.08' to an iron pipe, the northeast corner of Lot "H"; thence in an easterly direction 71' to an iron pipe, the southeast corner of Lot "C", as shown by said plat; thence in a northerly direction along the east property line of Lot "C", if extended across Berger Road, 195' to the point of beginning. 877 SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inopera- tive, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions. SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof. GERRY B.
