ORDINANCE NO. 90-6-4449
AN ORDINANCE ACCEP'T`ING THE BID OF BILL HERNDON IN
THE AMOUNT OF $6,250.00 FOR DEMOLITION OF CONDEMNED STRUC-
TURES IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
-� EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the
bid of Bill Herndon in the amount of $6,250.00 for demoli-
tion of condemned structures in the City of Paducah, as
contained in the bid of Bill Herndon of June 12,,1990.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute a contract with Bill Herndon for the demolition of
condemned structures in the City of Paducah, authorized in
Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid pro-
posal and all contract documents heretofore approved and
incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3.
This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 10-500-220-274.
SECTION 4. In order to expedite demolition of
these structures in a timely manner, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist and this ordinance will become effective
immediately with one reading.
