HomeMy WebLinkAbout90-6-4443i ORDINANCE NO. 90-6-4443 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 10-49, 10-51, 10-52, 10-53, 10-54, 10-55, 10-56, 10-58, 10-59, 10-60, 10-61, 10-63 and 10-65, "CIVIL SERVICE" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That Section 10-49 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained so that said section as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows: "Sec. 10-49. Department of finance. This department shall be under the direction and supervision of the city treasurer - finance director, a noncivil service position which has heretofore been created by separate ordi- nance. The maintenance specialist so designated shall be paid an additional $1.00 per hour during such times as the maintenance specialist designated actually serves in such capacity. SECTION 12. Under Section 10-51, Engineering Department, the salary increase reflected for Engineering Drafting Assistant, effective January 1, 1990, shall be retroactive to that date. SECTION 15.
