ORDINANCE NO. 90-6-4442
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY

THE SUM OF $3,982.35 TO BETZ INDUSTRIAL FOR PURCHASE OF
POLYMERS FOR THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,-KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City Treasurer is hereby
authorized to pay the sum of $3,982.35 to Betz Industrial
for the purchase of polymers for the wastewater treatment
plant.
SECTION 2. Account -No. 16-500-410-312 shall be
charged with the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
