ORDINANCE NO. 90-6-4441
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF CROWN ELECTRIC,
INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $27,711.00 FOR AUTOMATIC DIALING
REMOTE MONITORING SYSTEM FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME'1
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the
bid of Crown Electric, Inc. in the amount of $27,711.00 for
automatic dialing remote monitoring system for the
wastewater treatment system, said bid being in substantial
compliance with the bid specifications as authorized by the
Board of Commissioners, and as contained in the bid of Crown
Electric, Inc., dated May 15, 1990.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to
execute a contract with Crown Electric, Inc. for monitoring
system as authorized in Section 1 above, according to the
specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents
heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
the Sewer Depreciation and Extension Account.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
