ORDINANCE NO. 90-6-4440
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND
AMERICAN FEDERATION OF STATE, COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL
EMPLOYEES AFL-CIO, LOCAL 1586
WHEREAS, the City and the Union entered onto a
contract concerning wage rates and other conditions of
employment; and
WHEREAS, the duration of said contract is from
April 1, 1990, through March 31, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the City and the Union mutually agree to
amend said contract.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute an Amendment to Contract between the City of Paducah
and American Federation of State, County and Municipal
Employees AFL-CIO, Local 1586. Said contract is attached
hereto and incorporated by reference herein as if set out in
full.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a cerified summmary thereof.
