ORDINANCE NO. 90-5-4419
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY
r THE SUM OF $2,300.00 TO D & D CONSTRUCTION CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY FOR LABOR AND MATERIALS TO REMODEL CIVIC CENTER
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City Treasurer is hereby
authorized to pay the sum of $2,300.00 to D & D Construction
Company for labor and materials to remodel the Civic Center.
SECTION 2. Account No. 10-500-610-525 shall be
charged with the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. In order to expedite payment of this
amount in a timely manner, an emergency is declared to exist
and this ordinance shall become effective with one reading.
