ORDINANCE NO. 90-5-4418
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY
THE SUM OF $3,528.00 TO ALLIED COLLOIDS INC. FOR CHEMICALS FOR
WATER AND SOLIDS SEPARATION AT THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City Treasurer is authorized to pay
to Allied Colloids Inc. the sum of $3,528.00 for chemicals for
water and solids separation at the wastewater treatment plant.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 10-500-410-312.
SECTION 3.
In order to expedite payment of this
account and avoid late charges, an emergency is declared to
exist and this ordinance shall become effective with one
reading.
