ORDINANCE NO. 90-5-4417
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY
THE SUM OF $8,600.00 TO NIGRA RECORDING COMPANY FOR THE
IV PURCHASE OF A RECORDING SYSTEM FOR USE BY THE POLICE
WHEREAS, this purchase is being made as a non-
competitive negotiation under Section 26-21 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Paducah.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City Treasurer is authorized
to pay to Nigra Recording Company the sum of $8,600.00 for
the purchase of a recording system for the',Police Depart-
ment.
SECTION 2.
Account No. 00-1325-0.

This expenditure shall be charged to

requirements for this purchase, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist and this ordinance will become effective
