ORDINANCE NO. 90-4-4407
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT FOR INTERIM MANAGEMENT BY AND BETWEEN PRIME
MANAGERS, INC., A MASSACHUSETTS CORPORATION, AND THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute an Agreement for Interim Management by and between
Prime Managers, Inc., a Massachusetts Corporation, and the
City of Paducah. This Agreement is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
