ORDINANCE NO. 90-4-4408
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 32.82 OF CHAPTER 32,
WATER AND SEWERS, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sec. 32-82, Rates established for
premises inside city limits, is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"Rates and charges for use of the service and
facilities of the municipal sewer system for premises inside
the corporate limits of the city, as such limits presently
exist and as the same may be extended from time to time in
the future, shall be at the rate of sixty-eeats-09769} one
dollar and ten cents ($1.10) per one thousand (1,000)
gallons of water used, provided the minimum sewer bill shall
be three five dollars and fifty cents ($3799 5.50) per month
for the first five thousand (5,000) gallons or less of water
consumption per month."
SECTION 2. These increases shall become effective
with bills rendered on or subsequent to June 1, 1990.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
