HomeMy WebLinkAbout90-4-4398837 ORDINANCE NO. 90-4-4398 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 10-49 AND 10-61, CIVIL SERVICE, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That Section 10-49 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained so that said section as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows: "Sec. 10-49. Department of finance. This department shall be under the direction and supervision of the city treasurer - finance director, a noncivil service position which has heretofore been created by separate ordi- nance. That sub -section (a) of Section 10-61, "Un- assigned Positions" of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained so that the same as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows: "Sec. 10-61. Unassigned Positions. The maintenance specialist so designated shall be paid an additional $1.00 per hour during such times as the maintenance specialist designated actually serves in such I capacity. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be retroactive to January 1, 1990. ■ W SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be published by title and a certified summary thereof. GERRY B.
