ORDINANCE NO. 90-3-4393
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH PECK FLANNERY GREAM WARREN INC. IN THE AMOUNT
OF $15,000 FOR SEISMIC SAFETY EVALUATION OF MUNICIPAL
BUILDINGS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute a contract with Peck Flannery Gream Warren Inc. in
the amount of $15,000 for seismic safety evaluation of
municipal buildings. This contract is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
