ORDINANCE NO. 90-3-4389
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE DEDICATION OF AN
ALLEY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF "C" STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah does hereby
authorize the dedication of an alley located east side of
"C" Street, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin set 30 feet east at right
angles from the centerline of "C" Street, said
centerline point is located 140.00 feet north with
said centerline from the centerline intersection
of "C" Street and 22nd Street; thence south 67
degrees 05 minutes 05 second east for a distance
of 336.00 feet to an iron piniset 30.00 feet west
at right angles from the centerline of "B" Street;
thence north 22 degrees 53 minutes 10 seconds east
for a distance of 20.00 feet with the west side of
"B" Street to an iron pin set 30.00 feet west at
right angles from the centerline of "B" Street;
thence north 67 degrees 05 minutes 05 seconds west
for a distance of 336.00 feet to an iron pin set
30.00 feet east at right angles from the center-
line of "C" Street; thence south 22 degrees 53
minutes 10 seconds west for a distance of 20.00
feet with the east side of "C" Street to an iron
pin, the point of beginning.
Together with and subject to covenants, easements
and restrictions of record. Said property con-
tains 0.1543 acres more or less.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
