ORDINANCE NO. 90-3-4386
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A
MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT AGREEMENT WITH CLEMANS, NELSON &
ASSOCIATES, INC., FOR A RETAINER FEE IN THE AMOUNT OF
$175.00 PER MONTH, PLUS CONSULTANT AND MISCELLANEOUS
EXPENSES, TO PROVIDE PERSONNEL SERVICES TO THE CITY OF
PADUCAH FOR THREE YEARS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is authorized to enter
into a Management Consultant Agreement with Clemans, Nelson
& Associates, Inc. for a retainer fee in the amount of
$175.00 per month, plus consultant and.miscellaneous
expenses, to provide personnel services to the City of
Paducah. Said Agreement will be effective for three (3)
years following execution by all parties.
SECTION 2. This Agreement is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference herein as if set out in full.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to y

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
