AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE POLICY
STATEMENT, IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE ACT OF
1988, FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah adopt a
Drug -Free Workplace Policy Statement, in compliance with the
Drug -Free Workplace Act of 1988.
SECTION 2. This Drug -Free Policy Statement is
attached hereto and incorporated in its entirety as if fully
set out herein.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
