ORDINANCE NO. 90-2-4374
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,650.00
WITH ASPHALT PAVING, INC. FOR CHARTER OAK DRIVE SEWER
EXTENSION
WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract with
Asphalt Paving, Inc. for Charter Oak Drive sewer extension;
and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is required for
miscellaneous additions which will increase the contract
amount.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into Change Order No. 1 in the amount of
$2,650.00 with Asphalt Paving, Inc. for miscellaneous
additions for Charter Oak Drive sewer extension. This
Change Order is attached hereto and incorporated herein as
if set out in full.
SECTION 2. The amount of the contract with
Asphalt Paving, Inc. is amended to $29,326.60.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
